RESOLUTION NO.03-26
Ordering Preparation of Detailed List,Specifications,Notice of Heating,
Notice to Bidders and Form of Contract
WHEREAS,this Council has approved FEH Associates as architects for the
construction and furnishing of the Waukee Public Library;and
WHEREAS,a detailed list and specifications for fumishings package number
two,notice of hearing and notice to bidders and form of contract should now be prepared
and filed with the City Clerk;
NOW,THEREFORE,It Is Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.FEH Associates are hereby instructed to prepare and file with the
City Clerk a detailed list and specifications of fumishings package number two for the
Waukee Public Library Project.
Section 2.FEH Associates are hereby instructed to prepare and file with the
City Clerk notice of heating and notice to bidders and form of contract covering the
Project.
