APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WIND FIELD II,PLAT 3
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORJTYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Windfield II,Plat 3 on January 28,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Windfield II,Plat 3 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Windfield II,Plat 3 be approved,
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3'd day of
February 2003.I
