RESOLUTION 03-28
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WIND FIELD II PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Windfield II,Plat 2 on December 30,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Windfield II,Plat 2 is in general conformance with
Section 303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Windfield II,Plat 2 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3,-d day of
February 2003.
