RESOLUTION 04-02
APPROVING PAYMENT TO MURPHY BROTHERS,INC.FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF A GAS SERVICE LINE TO 3107 T AVENUE IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2003 1-80 NATURAL GAS MAIN EXTENSION IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1,830.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,a gas service line was provided for Mr.Joe Bailey located at 3107 T
Avenue;AND,
WHEREAS,payment of a gas service line once connected and in use is charged to the
Gas Utility Fund;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recognized a savings in requesting Murphy Brothers,Inc.to
extend service to Mr.Bailey and recommends payment of$I,830.00 for the service
installation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of January 2004 that it hereby approves payment to Murphy Bros.,
Inc.for the installation of a gas service line to 3107 T Avenue in conjunction with the
2003 1-80 Natural Gas Main Extension in the amount of $1,830.00.
