RESOLUTION 04-21
APPROVING FARM LEASE WITH J.HARRY COPELAND FOR FARMING 40
TILLABLE ACRES LOCATED AT SWY.SWY.OF SEC36,T79,R27
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has purchased the SWY.SWY.ofSec36,T79,R27 the
Estella L.Copeland Trust and the Ralph C.Copeland Trust;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee will not building upon or developing the land for
recreational purposes during 2004;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.J.Harry Copeland as requested permission to cash rent the above
legally described property for the year 2004 for the total amount of $4,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of January 2004 that it hereby approves a farm lease with J.Harry
Copeland for farming the 40 tillable acres located at SWY.SWY.of Section 36,Township
79,Range 27.
