THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE -PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee -Plat I on December 23,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee -Plat I is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofWaulcee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat I be approved.
