THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 04-20
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC SECTOR PERSONNEL
CONSULTANTS TO CONDUCT COMPENSATION REVIEW FOR NON-
REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $15,000
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Members of the Compensation Review Committee met with two personnel
salary and wage consultants and reviewed a third proposal;AND,
WHEREAS,of the three proposals,the one submitted by Jude Williams of Public Sector
Personnel Consultants was the one selected by the members of the committee to conduct
a compensation review and evaluate the job classification of the City's non-represented
personnel;AND,
WHEREAS,the price for the services offered by Public Sector Personnel Consultants is
not to exceed a maximum of$9,500 for the core proposal or a maximum of $15,000,if
options are selected by the City,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of January 2004 that it hereby approves the agreement with Public
Sector Personnel Consultants to Conduct Compensation Review for Non-represented
Employees for an amount not to exceed $15,000.
