THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WESTGATE PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Civil Engineering Consultants has submitted the construction plans for
Westgate Plat 7,and the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineers
and the City Staff and find them to be in general conformance with the Design Standards
set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Westgate Plat 7 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 20'h day of
January 2004.
