RESOLUTION 04-17
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WILLIAMS POINTE CONDOMINIUMS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,10 WA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Williams Pointe Condominiums on January 13,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Williams Pointe Condominiums is in general COnf0l111anCe
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Williams Pointe Condominiums be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the tlllh day of
January 2004 with the addition of the requirement that all garages that do not face other
garages must include 40%hard surface when constructed.
