RESOLUTION 03-189
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BURBACH AQUATICS,LLC.TO PERFORM A
FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE WAUKEE AQUATIC CENTER
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,it is the desire of the City of Waukee to have an Aquatic Center for children
and adults alike to enjoy;AND,
WHEREAS,Burbach Aquatics,LLC.submitted a proposal to perform the feasibility
study for $1,985;AND,
WHEREAS,Burbach Aquatics,LLC.has agreed to unlimited visits to the City of
Waukee as needed to perform the feasibility study;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa hereby approves Burbach Aquatics,LLC.to perform the feasibility study for the
Waukee Aquatic Center.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 8th day of
September,2003.
