RESOLUTION 03-192
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR HAWTHORNE PLAZA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Hawthome Plaza on August 26,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Hawthome Plaza is in general conformance with §304-
Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Hawthome Plaza be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 8th day of
September 2003.
