THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 03-187
APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK PERFORMED BY
GRIMES ASPHALT &PAVING CORPORATION IN THE COMPLETION OF
THE 2003 PAVEMENT ASPHALT OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the improvement constructed as part of the Ashworth Road Overlay project
was completed and found to be in general conformance with the standard specification of
the City of Waukee on May 14,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the improvement constructed as part of the University Ave.&Warrior
Lane Overlay project was completed and found to be in general conformance with the
standard specification of the City of Waukee on June 9,2003.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 8th day of September 2003 that it hereby approves acceptance of the work
performed by Grimes Asphalt &Paving Corporation in completion of the 2003 Pavement
Asphalt Overlay Improvements Project.
