RESOLUTION 03-197
APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE 2003 BORE PROJECT FOR THE
HICKMAN ROAD SANITARY SEWER AND THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE
WATERMAIN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the KRI Company has completed the construction of the Hickman Road
Sanitary Sewer and the University Avenue bore projects;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.and the city engineers have reviewed the Hickman
Road Sanitary Sewer and the University Avenue bore project;AND,
WHEREAS,the improvements constructed on the 2003 Bore Projects are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the acceptance of the KRI Bore Project be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 22nd day of
September 2003.
