RESOLUTION 02-205 )
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR EARL MAY AT LEGACY POINTE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Site
Plan for Earl May at Legacy Pointe on September 9,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Earl May at Legacy Pointe is in general conformance with
the Planned Development agreement for Legacy Pointe,as well as with §304 -Site Plan
Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Earl May at Legacy Pointe be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 22nd day of
September 2003.
