RESOLUTION 03-211 )
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR COUNTRY CLUB MINI STORAGE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Country Club Mini Storage on October 14,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Country Club Mini Storage is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Country Club Mini Storage be approved contingent upon the
City of Waukee receiving a performance bond for sidewalk construction.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 20th day of
October 2003.]
