THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 03-213
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLOW BROOK PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Willow Brook Plat I on October 28,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Willow Brook Plat I is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Willow Brook Plat I be approved.I
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3"d day of
November 2003.
