RESOLUTION 03-214
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WILLOW BROOK PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas COWIty,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Willow Brook Plat 2 on October 28,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Willow Brook Plat 2 is in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Willow Brook Plat 2 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3'd day of
November 2003.
