Technology, Inc., d/b/a Pulsara

C. Consideration of approval of Partial Payment Estimate No. 1 to Elder Corporation for the
Kettlestone Greenway Improvements Phase 1 Project in the amount of $368,527.61
D. Consideration of approval of a motion setting public hearing for September 5, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. to
consider the disposal of real property by sale to RMCA, LLC., pursuant to Iowa Code 364.7 (2017)
