1) MOTION: A proposal to purchase real estate was received by the City and is on file
with the City Clerk. The proposal will be considered by the City Council on
August 24, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. following public hearing on the proposal.
Notice of the public hearing shall be published as required by Iowa Code
364.7
