RESOLUTION NO.03-235
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR CASEY'S GENERAL STORE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Casey's General Store on November 10,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Casey's General Store is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Casey's General Store be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the J$"day of
December 2003.
