RESOLUTION 03-233
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
HICKORY COMMERCIAL PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Hickory Commercial Plat 1 on November 10,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee required the completion of a traffic study on the
Hickory Circle Subdivision before the approval of the Casey's Site Plan and Final Plat;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Hickory Commercial Plat 1 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Hickory Commercial Plat 1 be approved.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the ~day of
December 2003.
