RESOLUTION 03-237
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLOW BROOK PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Civil Engineering Consultants,Inc.has submitted the construction plans for
Willow Brook Plat 2,and the construction plans have been reviewed by the City
Engineers and the City Staff who find them to be in general conformance with the Design
Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Willow Brook Plat 2 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City ofWaulcee,Iowa and approved the 15th day of
December 2003.
