RESOLUTION 03-236
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WIND FIELD II WALKOUT REVISIONS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Kirkham Michael has submitted the construction plans for Windfield II
Walkout Revisions,and the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineers
and the City Staff who find them to be in general conformance with the Design Standards
set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Windfield II Walkout Revisions be approved.
Passed by the'City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 15th day of
December 2003.
