RESOLUTION 03-137
APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN FOR BERRYINGTON LAKE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the
Concept Plan for Berryington Lake on May 27,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the developers of Berryington Lake have presented a well-designed and
conceived concept plan for this development;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed Berryington Lake development will be the forerunner of
development along Alice's Road at the 1-80 /Alice's Road intersection;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed Berryington Lake includes a mix of office business,office
connnercial,multi-family,connnercial retail.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Concept Plan for Berryington Lake be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 2nd day of
June 2003.
