APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LATTER DAY SAINTS CHURCH
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for the Latter Day Saints Church on May 27,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for LDS Church is in general conformance with section §304
-Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Latter Day Saints Church be approved with the approval of a
variance for the height of the steeple from the required maximum height of 40 feet to a
height of 66'4".
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 2nd day of
June 2003.1
