RESOLUTION 03-134 I
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
LEGACY POINTE
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe on May 27,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 2nd day of
June 2003.
