APPROVING THE TRADE OF THE CASE LOADERIBACKHOE FROM MID
LAND EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,025.
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,According to the equipment replacement program,the backhoe trade is done every
3 years;AND,
WHEREAS,We are not due to trade until next year,but Mid Land Equipment has offered us a
very aggressive trade price if we trade a year early;AND,
WHEREAS,With the economy the way it is today,used backhoes are in short supply.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa approve the trade of a Case LoaderlBackhoe from Mid Land Equipment in the
amount of$20,025.1
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 2nd day of
June 2003.
