RESOLUTION 03-138
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WAUKEE MEDICAL PARK
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connuission approved the Final
Plat for Waukee Medical Park on May 13,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Waukee Medical Park is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Waukee Medical Park be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 2nd day of
June 2003.
