APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 2 on May 13,2003 and the City Council on
May 19,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,Civil Engineering Consultants has submitted the construction plans for
Williams Pointe Plat 2,and the construction plans have been reviewed by the City
Engineers and the City Staff and fmd them to be in general conformance with the Design
Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Williams Pointe Plat 2 be approved.]
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 2nd day of June
2003.
