RESOLUTION 03-133
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WILLIAMS POINTE TOWNHOMES II
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City ofWaulcee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Williams Pointe Townhomes II on May 13,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Williams Pointe Townhomes II is in general conformance
with section §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Williams Pointe Townhomes II be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the2nd day of
June 2003.
