RESOLUTION 03-143
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A NEW MOWER FROM CAPITAL CITY
EQUIPMENT CO.IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,846
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the rotation for mowers in the Equipment Replacement Program is every 3
years;AND,
WHEREAS,the bids were to meet the following criteria:minimum specification,
machine maintenance,customer service,warranty of machine and equipment,and cost;
AND,
WHEREAS,Capital City Equipment Company provided the lower of two bids submitted
to the City;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the purchase of a new mower from Capital City Equipment Co.in the amount
of$12,846 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 16th day of
June 2003.
