APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF TERESA DEGRAAF AND
CATHY COLSON HORNER EACH TO A THREE YEAR TERM ON
THE WAUKEE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Library Board of Trustees is recommending the appointment of Teresa
DeGraaf who is currently serving as the secretary for the Library Board of Trustees to a second
three year term;AND,
WHEREAS,the Library Board of Trustees is recommending the appointment of Kathy Colson
Homer who replaced Mary Leonard in April of this year to a full wee year term as Trustee on
the Library Board;AND,
WHEREAS,per §206.2 of the Municipal Code ofthe City of Waukee,the Library Board of
Trustees is now requesting the Mayor appoint and the City Council approve the appointments of
Teresa DeGraaf and Kathy Colson Homer to serve as trustees on the Library Board of Trustees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
16th day of June 2003 that it hereby approves the appointments of Teresa DeGraaf and Kathy
Colson Homer to Waukee Library Board of Trustees.
