RESOLUTION 03-144
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A NEW TRACTOR FROM VAN WALL
EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,296
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF tus CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,although the tractors are not included in the Equipment Replacement
Program,they are traded on an as needed basis;AND,
WHEREAS,the tractor the city is trading is a 1973 model;AND,
WHEREAS,the money was budgeted for the trade in this fiscal year's Street and Parks
Budgets;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the purchase of a new tractor from Van Wall Equipment in the amount of
$24,296 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 16th day of
June 2003.
