A. Consideration of approval of a resolution approving the temporary closing of certain public
streets for the Waukee 10 Event (revised)
B. Consideration of approval of a resolution correcting scrivener's error in payment associated with
Sanitary Sewer Easement(s) related to the Northwest Area Trunk Sewer Extension Phase 4
Project [Phillips -Hamilton, Inc.]
C. Consideration of approval of a resolution approving Wetland Mitigation Bank Credit Purchase
Agreement
D. Consideration of approval of a resolution setting date of public hearing and authorizing mailing
and publication of notice of intent to commence a public improvement project to construct the
Northwest Area Water Main Extension Phase 1 Project, to fund the final site -specific design,
make the final site selection and route, to acquire land for the project or, if necessary, by
eminent domain
