RESOLUTION 03-147
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WESTGATE PLATS 5,6,&7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Westgate Plats 5,6,and 7 on June 10,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Westgate Plats 5,6,and 7 are in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for Westgate Plats 5,6,and 7 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 16th day of
June 2003.
