RESOLUTION 03-151
FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
ESTIMATE OF COST AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR ASHWORTH DRIVE
WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS -PHASES I &II
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously ordered and approved the detailed list
and specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for Ashworth Drive Water Main
Improvements -Phases I ⅈAND,
WHEREAS,a public healing has been held on objections to the Ashworth Drive Water
Main Improvements -Phases I &II.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of July 2003 that it hereby finally approves the plans,specifications,form of
contract and estimate of cost for the Ashworth Drive Water Main Improvements -Phases
I &II.
