of Waukee, State of Iowa
E. PUBLIC HEARING ACTION ITEMS:
1) ORDINANCE:
Consideration of approval of an ordinance to amend Chapter 301.18A, C-1 B
Large Scale Commercial District, Zoning Ordinance, City of Waukee, Iowa
[introduction, first reading]
2) RESOLUTION:
Consideration of approval of a resolution determining an area of the city to be
an economic development area, and that the rehabilitation, conservation,
redevelopment, development, or a combination thereof, of such area is
necessary in the interest of the public health, safety or welfare of the residents
of the city; designating such area as appropriate for urban renewal projects;
and adopting the urban renewal plan [Waukee West Urban Renewal Area]
F. ACTION ITEMS:
1) ORDINANCE:
Consideration of approval of an ordinance amending Chapter 501, Waukee
Municipal Code, regarding the speed limit on SE Westown Parkway within the
city limits of the City of Waukee, Iowa [introduction; first, second, third (final)
readings]
2) ORDINANCE:
Consideration of approval of an ordinance to amend Chapter 301, Zoning
Ordinance, City of Waukee, Iowa, by rezoning and changing certain property
therein from A-1 to M-1 and PD-1, a property known as Bravo Real Estate,
LLC [third (final) reading]
3) RESOLUTION:
Consideration of approval of a resolution awarding contract [I-80 West
Industrial Park Lift Station and Water Main Extension Project]
4) RESOLUTION:
Consideration of approval of a resolution approving contract, bond [I-80 West
Industrial Park Lift Station and Water Main Extension Project
G. CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Code of Iowa §21.5(1)(1) to evaluate the professional competency
of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being
considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that
individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session
H. RESOLUTION: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving the employment evaluation
and salary adjustment recommendation concerning the City Administrator
