RESOLUTION 03-159
APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT AND CERTIFICATE OF
COMPLETION FOR SUNRISE MEADOWS PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Sunrise Meadows Plat 2 was approved August 20,2001
subject to completion of the punch list within 30 days,provision of a sidewalk
maintenance bond and subject to a future agreement on park land dedication;AND,
WHEREAS,all stipulations have been met to the satisfaction of both the City and Mr.
Downing;AND,
WHEREAS,utilities construction within the public right-of-way was an as-built plan to
be turned in to the City when completed;AND,
WHEREAS,that construction has been finalized and reviewed by Dale W.Sorensen of
Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Sorensen recommends the City accept the completion of the project
and present a Certificate of Completion for Sunrise Meadows Plat 2
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7th day of July 2003 that it hereby approves and accepts the project known as
Sunrise Meadows Plat 2 and approves the Certificate of Completion.
