RESOLUTION 03-161
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WARRIOR STORAGE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Site
Plan for Warrior Storage on July 8,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Warrior Storage is in general conformance with section
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Warrior Storage is also in general conformance with the
approved Planned Development Overlay District for Westgate Business Park;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Warrior Storage be approved provided that the "Gilcrest
panel"be used as the metal panel on the building exterior.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the23rd day of
July 2003.
