RESOLUTION 03-171
APPROVING LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR REGIONAL REAP APPLICATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is committed to providing recreation opportunities to
its residents;AND,
WHEREAS,The City of Waukee wishes to provide trails that connect Waukee to the
regional trail system;AND,
WHEREAS,a cohesive signage plan would increase users ability to use and enjoy the
regional trail system.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of August,2003 that it hereby approves a letter of support for a
regional REAP application for funding of trail signage planning.
