RESOLUTION 03-165
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR LEGACY POINTE PHASE I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Garden &Associates has submitted the construction plans for Legacy
Pointe Phase I;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans Legacy Pointe Phase I have been reviewed by the
City Engineers and the City Staff who found them to be in general conformance with the
Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of August 2003 that it hereby approves the construction plans for
Legacy Pointe Phase I with the understanding that when the development is approved for
final platting the performance bonds will be furnished for all ofthe common areas as
required by our ordinance and by the act of Council.
