THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR POINT OF GRACE CHURCH
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Site
Plan for Point of Grace Church on May 27,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Point of Grace Church is in general conformance with
section §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Point of Grace Church be approved.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 4th day of
August 2003.
