APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
THE POINT PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for The Point Plat I on May 27,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for The Point Plat I is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for The Point Plat I be approved with the stipulation that
the approval of the preliminary plat is on the basis of development of Lot I and Lot A
and it is understood that before any development of any portion of the preliminary plat
other than Lot I and Lot A (or more specifically development of Out Lots A,B and C)
that arrangements will be made satisfactory to the council fOTstreets,utilities,drainage
and all matters that are requisite to the development
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 4th day of
August 2003.
