RESOLUTION 03-170
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 2 on May 27,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 2 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 2 be approved.]
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 4th day of
August 2003.
