RESOLUTION 03-80
APPROVING THE SALE OF THE LIBRARY BUILDING
LOCATED AT 500 6TH STREET
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,three bids were received for the sale of the library building;AND,
WHEREAS,high bid for that sale was Flaherty Investment Co.,Michael and Paula
Terrones,2593 Laredo Ave.,Adel,Iowa 50003 in the amount of$150,000;AND,
WHEREAS,the sale of the building without additional conditions being placed upon the
sale,would be offered to the highest bidder.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7'h day of Apri12003 that it hereby approves the sale of the Library Building
to Flaherty Investment Co.,Michael and Paula Terrones,2593 Laredo Ave.,Adel,Iowa
50003 for the proposed offer of $150,000.
