RESOLUTION 03-86
APPROVING THE CONCEPT PLAN FOR LEGACY POINTE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Concept Plan for Legacy Pointe on March 24,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the developers of Legacy Pointe have presented a well-designed and
conceived concept plan for this development;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed Legacy Pointe development will bring much needed housing
opportunities for seniors in the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed Legacy Pointe development will also include commercial
properties along the Hickman Rd./Hwy.6 corridor;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Concept Plan for Legacy Pointe be approved.

Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 7'h day of
April 2003.
