RESOLUTION 03-77
APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF COUNCILMAN MIKE WATTS
TO REPLACE WAYNE JOHNSON AS COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE PLANNING &ZONING COMMISSION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the resignation of former councilman Wayne Johnson left not only a
council seat vacant;but has left the council without a representative to the Planning &
Zoning Commission;AND,
WHEREAS,Mike Watts was the council representative to the Planning &Zoning
Commission during the year 2002;AND,
WHEREAS,Mike is willing to assume those responsibilities either during the remainder
of the year 2003 or until his services are no longer needed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this ill day of April 2003 that it hereby approves the appointment of Councihnan
Mike Watts to replace Wayne Johnson as council representative to the Planning &
Zoning Commission,
