RESOLUTION 03-73
APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF KATHY COLSON HORNER AND
CHRIS BERRY TO WAUKEE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the resignations ofTraci Leslie and of Mary Leonard have opened two
trustee positions on the Library Board of Trustees;AND,
WHEREAS,the Library Board of Trustees is recommending Kathy Colson Homer as
replacement for Mary Leonard whose term would have expired on June 30,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Library Board of Trustees is recommending Chris Berry as replacement
for Traci Leslie whose term would have expired June 30,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,per §206.2,the Library Board of Trustees is now requesting the Mayor
appoint and the City Council approve the appointments of Kathy Colson Homer and
Chris Berry to serve as trustees on the Library Board of Trustees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7'11 day of April 2003 that it hereby approves the appointments of Kathy
Colson Homer and Chris Berry to Waukee Library Board of Trustees.
