Ordering Preparation of Detailed List,Specifications,Notice of Hearing,
Notice to Bidders and Form of Contract
WHEREAS,this Council has approved Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.as engineers for
the design and oversight of construction for tile 2003 Pavement Asphalt Overlay
Improvements Division I -Ashworth Road and Division II -University Avenue /
Warrior Lane;and
WHEREAS,detailed plans and specifications,notice of healing and notice to
bidders and form of contract should now be prepared and filed with the City Clerk;
NOW,THEREFORE,It Is Resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.is hereby instructed to prepare and file
with the City Clerk detailed plans aud specifications for tile Project.
Section 2.Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.is hereby instructed to prepare and file
with the City Clerk notice of hearing and notice to bidders and form of contract covering
the Proj ect.
Section 3.
hereby repealed.
Passed and approved this seventh (7tb)day of April 2003.
