APPROVING THE ADOPTION OF ADDENDUM III TO THE
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the initial resolution adopted in November 6,1995 created the Standard
Specifications for Public Improvements in the City of Waukee,Iowa;AND,
WHEREAS,the Standard Specifications for Public Improvements were meant to
provide certain minimum standards of construction for public improvements which are
needed and desirable to ensure quality controls;AND,
WHEREAS,the Standard Specifications for Public Improvements were amended May
22,1996 and May 1,2000;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to be in accordance with the standards of the
industry and continue to comply with sound engineering principles,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7'h day of April 2003 that it hereby approves the adoption of Addendum III to
the Standard Specifications for Public Improvements in the City of Waukee,Iowa
